Customer or Data Subject \u2013 a natural person who is a customer of Ma\u017eoji bendrija (including website visitors) whose personal data is collected by Ma\u017eoji bendrija.1.3. Online Store \u2013 Ma\u017eoji bendrija\u2019s online store located at www.artzena.lt<\/a>.1.4. Services \u2013 all services provided by the Small Community.1.5. Personal data \u2013 any information relating to a natural person\u2014the data subject\u2014whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined using data such as a personal identification number, one or more factors specific to that individual, such as physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural, or social characteristics.1.6. Processing of Personal Data \u2013 any operation performed on personal data: collection, recording, compilation, storage, classification, grouping, combination, modification (supplementation or correction), provision, disclosure, use, logical and\/or arithmetic operations, search, dissemination, destruction, or any other action or set of actions.1.7. Partner \u2013 a legal entity that provides services to the Small Community related to its activities, or sells goods to it, or carries out joint projects with the organization, including, but not limited to, marketing campaigns, joint sales campaigns, loyalty programs, etc., in the media, on websites, in the Online Store, in retail stores, in retail chains, etc.1.8. Cookie \u2013 a small piece of text information that is automatically created while browsing a website and is stored on the visitor\u2019s computer or other device.1.9. Direct marketing \u2013 activities aimed at offering goods or services to individuals by mail, telephone, or other direct means, and\/or soliciting their opinions regarding the goods or services offered.1.10. Privacy Policy \u2013 refers to this document, which sets forth the principles and rules for the processing of Personal Data when using the Online Store\u2019s services. 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS2.1. These Personal Data Processing Rules (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cRules\u201d) govern the processing of personal data of buyers and visitors to the website www.artzena.lt (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cWebsite\u201d) for buyers and visitors who have provided accurate personal data in the form on the Website (hereinafter referred to as \u201cRegistered Visitors\u201d), including the basic principles and procedures for the collection, processing, and storage of personal data. <\/p>\n\n

2.2. These Rules have been prepared in accordance with the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts governing the collection, processing, and storage of personal data.<\/p>\n\n

2.3. Pursuant to these Rules, the controller of personal data is MB ARTZENA, Company Code: 306051182, Kauno g. 35, \u017die\u017emariai, 56233, Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cData Controller\u201d), which is responsible for the collection, processing, and storage of personal data<\/p>\n\n

3. COLLECTION, USE, CORRECTION, AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA3.1. The data controller confirms that personal data is collected for direct sales and marketing purposes and is processed in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and accuracy, as well as respect for the individual\u2019s right to privacy. <\/p>\n\n

3.2. The Data Controller collects and automatically processes the personal data of registered visitors that they provide when registering on the website solely in accordance with the procedures set forth in these Rules and for the direct marketing purposes specified therein.<\/p>\n\n

3.3. When registering on the online store, the Buyer must provide complete and accurate personal data. By registering, the Registered User agrees that the data provided will be processed for the specified purposes of data collection and use. If a Registered User objects in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 3.1 of these Terms, the Data Controller is not authorized to use that person\u2019s personal data (except for the storage of personal data). <\/p>\n\n

3.4. The data controller respects the right to privacy of every Registered Visitor. The Buyer\u2019s personal data (first name, last name, address, phone number, email address, and other information provided in the online store registration form) is collected and processed for the following purposes: <\/p>\n\n

3.4.1. process the Buyer’s orders for goods;<\/p>\n\n

3.4.2. issue financial documents;<\/p>\n\n

3.4.3. resolve issues related to the presentation or delivery of goods;<\/p>\n\n

3.4.5. for direct marketing purposes;<\/p>\n\n

3.4.4. fulfill other contractual obligations.<\/p>\n\n

3.5. The data controller may use data not directly related to the Registered Visitor\u2019s identity for statistical purposes, i.e., data regarding purchased goods. Such statistical data will be collected and processed in a manner that prevents the disclosure of the Registered Visitor\u2019s identity or other personal data that could be used to identify the individual. <\/p>\n\n

3.6 All information regarding the personal data being processed is confidential. The data controller <\/p>\n\n

undertakes not to disclose personal data to any third parties, except in the cases and in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n

3.7. A Registered Visitor\u2019s personal data is stored for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the established purposes of data processing. Upon expiration of the data retention period, a Registered Visitor\u2019s personal data is destroyed in accordance with the procedures set forth in applicable laws. <\/p>\n\n

3.8. The personal data of registered visitors is processed using secure organizational and technical measures that protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, or use, as well as from any other unlawful processing.<\/p>\n\n

4. Rights of Registered Visitors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

4.1. By registering on the website, a Registered User confirms their consent to the processing and use of their personal data in accordance with the procedures set forth in these Terms. A registered user who does not wish to have their personal data processed and used for the specified purposes has the right to object to the processing of their personal data by notifying the Data Controller via email at: info@artzena.eu <\/p>\n\n

4.2. Upon receiving the notification specified in Section 3.1 of the Rules, the Data Controller shall immediately and free of charge cease the processing of personal data and inform the Registered Visitor thereof in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 5.1 of the Rules. <\/p>\n\n

4.3. A registered user has the right to change and\/or update the information provided in the registration form.<\/p>\n\n

4.4. A registered user has the right to review the actions taken regarding the processing of their personal data.<\/p>\n\n

4.5. A registered user has the right to request the correction, deletion, or suspension of the processing of their personal data (except for storage) if, after reviewing their personal data or its use, they determine that their data is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate, by contacting the Data Controller in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 5.1 of these Rules. <\/p>\n\n

5. Changes to the Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

5.1. The data controller has the right to amend these Rules, in whole or in part, by posting a notice on the website.<\/p>\n\n

5.2. Any additions or amendments to the rules take effect on the date they are published on the website.<\/p>\n\n

5.3. If a Registered User does not agree with the amendments or additions to the Rules, they have the right to object to the procedures and purposes of the amended or supplemented Rules related to the processing of their personal data by expressing their objection in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 5.1 of these Rules. If no objection is received from the Registered Visitor, the Registered Visitor is deemed to have consented to the new version of the Rules. <\/p>\n\n

6. Baigiamosios nuostatos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

6.1. All notifications regarding the processing of personal data should be sent to the Data Controller by email at info@artzena.eu or by mail at Kauno g. 35, \u017die\u017emariai, 56233, Republic of Lithuania. <\/p>\n\n

6.2. If a Registered User does not agree with the amendments or additions to the Rules, they have the right to object to the procedures and purposes of the amended or supplemented Rules related to the processing of their personal data by expressing their objection in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 5.1 of these Rules.
