  1. 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/strong>1.1. These online store terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cTerms\u201d) are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cSeller\u201d), which sets forth the rights and obligations of the Parties.1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend, revise, or supplement these Terms at any time. The Buyer will be notified of any changes to the Terms on the online store\u2019s website. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    2. REGISTRATION<\/p>\n\n

    2.1 To create an account on the Artzena.lt website, click the \u201cSign In\u201d link and enter your information. Registered customers can view their order history and edit their registration and shipping information. <\/p>\n\n

    3. ORDERS<\/p>\n\n

    3.1. To order an item, click the \u201cADD TO CART\u201d button next to the item you are viewing. Then click \u201cSHOPPING CART\u201d to view the items you\u2019ve selected. If you\u2019re a new customer, you\u2019ll be asked to enter your information. You can easily fill out our quick registration form without wasting much time. Then continue the ordering process on the payment pages. <\/p>\n\n

    4. PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT AND ITS EXECUTION<\/p>\n\n

    4.1. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, after selecting the desired item in the online store or filling the shopping cart, providing all necessary information, and reviewing the Terms and Conditions, clicks the button<\/p>\n\n

    \u201cOrder.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

    5. PRICES OF GOODS, PAYMENT PROCEDURES, AND TERMS<\/p>\n\n

    5.1. All prices are listed in euros. The Seller is not responsible for the exchange rate or any changes to it made by the Buyer\u2019s local bank when converting euros to the Buyer\u2019s local currency. <\/p>\n\n

    5.2. Payments are processed through \u201cOPAY.lt\u201d <\/p>\n\n

    5.3. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card.<\/p>\n\n

    5.4. If payment for the order is not received within 24 hours, the order will be canceled.<\/p>\n\n

    6. SALES ASSOCIATE DUTIES<\/p>\n\n

    6.1. The Seller undertakes to make every effort to ensure that the Buyer can properly use the services provided by the online store. The Seller makes no guarantees that the online store will operate without interruption or that data transmission will be error-free. The Seller shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the Buyer related to malfunctions of the online store and\/or errors in data transmission. <\/p>\n\n

    6.2. If, due to significant circumstances, the Seller is unable to provide the Buyer with the ordered goods, the Seller undertakes to offer an identical or similar product, and, if the Buyer refuses to accept the equivalent or similar item, to refund the Buyer\u2019s payment within 14 business days. In this case, the Seller is released from liability for failure to deliver the goods. <\/p>\n\n

    6.3. The seller agrees to comply with the other requirements set forth in these rules.<\/p>\n\n

    7. BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS<\/p>\n\n

    7.1. The buyer must pay the price of the goods and their delivery, as well as any other payments (if specified when the contract is concluded), and accept the ordered goods.<\/p>\n\n

    7.2. If the information provided in the Buyer\u2019s registration form changes, the Buyer must update it immediately.<\/p>\n\n

    7.3. The buyer must comply with other requirements set forth in these Rules and in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n

    8. TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING PRODUCT QUALITY AND WARRANTIES<\/p>\n\n

    8.1. The Seller guarantees that the quality of all Goods complies with the standards established in the Republic of Lithuania and those declared by the manufacturer; if no such standards exist, the Goods comply with the standard requirements for the sale of Goods in retail and wholesale trade. The Goods are in marketable condition, and the packaging is undamaged and neatly packed. <\/p>\n\n

    8.2. The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing of any apparent defects in the quality of the Goods (e.g., damage to the packaging, discrepancies in quantity) immediately, but no later than within 1 (one) day from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer. The Buyer may do so by emailing info@artzena.eu. If the Buyer does not file a claim within the specified time limit, the Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in proper condition, and claims regarding obvious defects will not be accepted. <\/p>\n\n

    8.3. The products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The specific warranty period, terms, and any applicable warranty limitations are specified in the product descriptions, warranty booklets, and\/or proof of purchase documents. <\/p>\n\n

    8.4. If a manufacturer\u2019s warranty is not provided for certain types of Goods, such Goods are covered by a 24 (twenty-four)-month warranty as provided for in the applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n

    8.5. A buyer who has purchased a Product of unsatisfactory quality has the right, at his or her discretion, to:<\/p>\n\n

    8.5.1. demand that defects in the Goods be remedied free of charge;8.5.2. demand that Goods of unsatisfactory quality be replaced with Goods of satisfactory quality free of charge;8.5.3. demand a corresponding reduction in the price of the Product;8.5.4. unilaterally terminate the Contract and demand a refund of the price paid for the Product. <\/p>\n\n

    8.6. The warranty does not apply to Products that have been damaged due to improper use, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or other factors not attributable to the manufacturer or seller. The buyer must follow the instructions for use and maintenance recommendations for the Products, if provided. <\/p>\n\n

    8.7.
