Fabric stretchers are lightweight, compact, and convenient for rapid casualty movement; however, when dragged over asphalt, rocky ground, rubble, or other rough surfaces, the fabric is exposed to significant friction and wears more quickly, while every irregularity in the ground can directly affect the person being transported.<br \/>Xtract SR Base is positioned beneath the stretcher, creating a durable protective layer between the stretcher and the ground.
