It accurately replicates a large exit gunshot wound measuring approximately 7 \u00d7 7 cm, allowing trainees to practise in an environment that closely resembles real clinical or tactical situations.<br \/>The simulation is ready to use straight from the package, requiring no additional adhesive, special effects make-up, or other attachment materials. Its self-adhesive backing allows the wound to be applied directly to a casualty actor\u2019s skin and, when required, removed and transferred to another casualty actor without additional preparation. This is particularly convenient for practical exercises involving multiple scenarios or several casualty actors.<br \/>The simulated wound is designed for repeated use. If it becomes contaminated, it can be washed with warm soapy water.
