SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES:

  • Arzena.lt delivers orders using the method you select at the time of ordering: via courier or by pickup at a post office.
  • If the customer’s order contains incorrect information (a non-existent address, an incorrect phone number, etc.)—THE ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
  • The exact delivery cost is listed in the order summary. Based on the address you provided, the system may automatically suggest additional delivery options.
  • The delivery time for ordered and paid-for items with the status “Item is in our warehouse” is 1 to 5 business days, regardless of the selected shipping method. In most cases, delivery of such items takes 1–2 business days; if the delivery time is longer, we will contact the customer before processing the order.
  • Orders totaling more than €150.00 qualify for free shipping.

RETURNS:

  • If the item is not satisfactory, it may be returned no later than 14 days from the date the item was delivered to the buyer (the buyer is responsible for shipping costs).
  • Items returned or exchanged must be undamaged, retain their original appearance (with labels still attached and intact, protective film still in place, etc.), and must not have been used. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with the same contents as when the Buyer received it, along with the proof of purchase and any other documents related to the item (if issued).
  • If the item is not complete, is damaged, is in poor condition, or has not been returned properly, the buyer will not receive a refund, and the supplier will retain the returned item.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
