Simulated entry gunshot wound is a reusable wound simulation designed for professional first aid, tactical medicine, and trauma management training, enabling more realistic practical training scenarios.
The simulation is ready to use straight from the package and requires no additional adhesive, special effects make-up, or other accessories. Its self-adhesive backing allows the wound simulation to be applied directly to a casualty actor’s skin and repositioned as required by the training scenario.
According to the manufacturer, the simulation can be removed from one casualty actor and applied to another without additional preparation, making it particularly practical for repeated training sessions or exercises involving multiple participants.
If the wound simulation becomes contaminated during use, it can be washed with warm soapy water. Once cleaned and properly prepared for reuse, the adhesive properties of the self-adhesive backing are restored.
